SPS Course Change Form

Submit SPS course additions and/or change requests on the Google Form link for the term button of the course delivery. 

You must sign in using your NinerNET username and password to submit the requests.

(IMPORTANT: All summer course change requests go through Summer Term.)

A member of the SPS Program and Student Support Services Team or Summer Term will make the changes and confirm the completion with the department contact that the changes were completed on their submitted form.
