Master new competencies to meet the challenges of leading a virtual team. You need to build a team identity and process…balance technical and social systems within your team…and facilitate the development of long-distance relationships and trust among your team members. Communication takes on a whole new meaning when you’re not face-to-face with your direct reports and team members.
