There is a great deal of research showing the benefits of diversity in companies. A 2017 Boston Consulting Group (BCG) study identified diversity as a key driver of innovation, finding that diverse teams produce 19% more revenue. It only makes sense that high-performing teams are composed of people who bring a variety of perspectives and cognitive approaches which leads to more creativity and innovation, and therefore making better decisions. This course focuses on the elements required to work, collaborate and communicate effectively with a diverse workforce who are engaged, and energized.
