Whether you are a team member, project manager, or aspire to lead effective project teams, an understanding of the basic methodologies of project management is essential. This course is intended as an overview describing the fundamental principles, processes, knowledge areas, and tools and techniques of project management and is designed for practical application in the workplace. This foundational course covers the primary topics described by the Project Management Institute (PMI ®) in their publication A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, PMBOK® Guide.
