This course is ideal for those individuals not directly involved in the planning process but who want to understand the impact of strategy on their work and their organization’s success. Participants will gain a perspective and vocabulary to help you actively and constructively support your firm’s strategic direction. Understand why the organization is taking the path it has chosen and the results that will be achieved. After completing this course, participants will be able to apply strategic planning techniques in their professional and personal lives. They will be able to analyze existing organization strategy and to begin developing a framework for their own organization’s strategy.
