In our society, and especially in the corporate world, there is a prevailing belief that some people are simply smarter or more talented than others and that this difference is what accounts for a person’s success or failure. However, it’s not just a person’s talent that makes them successful - it’s the belief that they can improve - and then the action they take to do so. According to Carol Dweck, this is called having a growth mindset. This interactive course is designed to help participants reshape the way they see the world by formulating better daily habits, building resilience, increasing their confidence and owning their own success.

What Participants Will Learn
  • Evaluate your personal mindset and summarize factors and challenges that contribute to it
  • Recognize beliefs and actions that contribute to a growth mindset within an organization
  • Examine motivation in a different way and set goals that move you towards your own defined success
  • Discover how to let go of negativity and seize opportunities to build your growth mindset
  • Implement strategies that foster a growth mindset and focus on continuous improvement
