In these increasingly complex times having a well-conceived strategic marketing plan is essential for businesses to win in tough markets and any marketing or sales manager would agree that if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. In this practical course, participants will discover how to develop strategic marketing plans and translate these into actionable sales and customer plans. This course will provide participants with a set of straightforward tools and techniques to gather information on their competitive landscape, develop appropriate marketing strategies and then execute these strategies via their sales and customer service personnel.
