Coaching salespeople is different from any other type of coaching. However, sales coaching is a sales manager’s most important job. Research has shown that salespeople respond best when they are provided a clear path forward where they receive guidance on designing the way and yet owns the steps and processes that lead to the destination. This course will focus on solution-focused coaching which encourages employees to take personal responsibility and focus on future actions while avoiding excuse making and repeating bad behaviors. Instead, salespeople passionately pursue an outcome where they find resources that work for them uniquely.
