Payment Deferral Program for Truist Employees

Launching for the Fall 2025 semester! UNC Charlotte provides eligible Bank employees a flexible tuition payment program that uniquely allows deferring tuition and fee payments up to 30 days after final grades are due, ensuring seamless degree completion while maintaining university payment deadlines. 

Step 1 – Familiarize yourself with Truist’s Tuition Reimbursement Policy and confirm your eligibility through the Workforce Edge Platform.
Step 2 – Apply for a payment deferral by completing this form.
Step 3 – Truist generates a report of students eligible.
Step 4 – You will receive periodic eBills for any outstanding balance.
Step 5 – You must pay any outstanding balance for the current term.
Step 6 – Unpaid accounts are routed for collection of past due balance per university policy.
