Our professional certificate is competency-based and aligned with the ATD (Association for Talent Development) Competency Model and the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model of instructional design.

Our learning and development training will empower you — as an aspiring practitioner — to jumpstart your career in the dynamic learning and development field. In our Learning and Development Certificate program, you will undertake an intensive 70-hour curriculum as you delve into subjects such as:
