As a UNC Charlotte graduate, Todd Payne has been affiliated with the university since 2003 after graduating from UNC Charlotte in 2009 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. In Todd’s Assistant Director role, he is responsible for overseeing all operations of the building including emergency management, security, food services, events, and academic scheduling.
