Taylor Faulkner
Taylor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, leadership, and community engagement. As the Program Director for professional credit programs at UNC Charlotte, she supports adult learners through innovative and impactful educational initiatives.
Her career began as a first-grade teacher in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, followed by more than eight years of dedicated service at UNC Charlotte’s Camps on Campus, where she advanced to the role of Camp Director. Taylor also serves as Co-Chair of the UNC Charlotte Youth Protection Advisory Board and as Communications Chair for the American Camp Association’s Camps on Campus Kindred Group.
A proud graduate of UNC Charlotte’s Cato College of Education, Taylor also holds certifications in Management Essentials and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) from UNC Charlotte. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Higher Education at Appalachian State University, with a concentration in University and Community College Leadership.
