Oscar’s leadership experiences encompass a variety of executive education, military, retail, and manufacturing industries to include opening a Home Depot store and starting his own LLC business. With over 25 years of corporate management and educational experience, his focus on operational and educational excellence has allowed him to create high performing teams that have exceeded all performance metrics. His broad educational and work experiences allow him to communicate and assess customer needs that translate into targeted educational programs. Oscar is also a retired U.S. Navy Reserves Commander after serving for 23 years.
Oscar completed his Master of Science in Management from North Carolina State University and his Bachelor of Science in Oceanography from the University of Washington. He has served on various ships and lived in Japan, Spain, and Peru during his naval career and most recently lived on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He holds a teacher’s license with the state of North Carolina and has served as a NROTC Instructor at North Carolina State University.
In his free time, Oscar likes to spend time relaxing and playing with his family and two dogs!
