Jeff brings expertise in organizational consulting, leadership development, and leader and team coaching to his role leading the School of Professional Studies’ executive education and talent pathways initiatives. He develops partnerships with Charlotte-region organizations to fill the talent pipeline with qualified students and graduates, and upskill and reskill the workforce to take on emerging business needs.
Jeff has over 30 years of experience working or consulting in higher education, healthcare, financial services, banking, insurance, technology, and defense. He completed a Master’s of Science in Applied Behavioral Science at Johns Hopkins University, a Master’s of Science in Computer Science at Bowling Green University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science at Baldwin-Wallace College. In addition, he completed an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University and holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.
