What Drives Isabella

We all face obstacles in reaching our goals. My mission is to remove these barriers and create a meaningful experience for students who trust us with their education. Starting something new can feel daunting but with the right support, the path becomes clearer. I love witnessing ‘ah-ha’ moments and seeing individuals tap into their potential, empowering them to pursue their greatness.

More About Isabella

Isabella Strafaci graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Appalachian State University. Her two years as a Resident Assistant in college sparked a passion to develop students and help them reach their goals. After college, she worked as a volunteer on various service projects in Central and South America, Africa and Asia. She previously worked in the non-profit sector in Admissions and Marketing. She is passionate about building healthy work-place teams and committed to providing an excellent customer experience. In her free time you can find her cooking, enjoying live music, hiking and experiencing new cultures. Her most recent adventure was hiking “El Camino de Santiago,” a trail across Northern Spain. She has 10 years of combined experience working in higher education and the nonprofit sector.
