With over 22 years in higher education, Heidi has been the Director of a Center for Teaching Excellence and Innovation, a Full Professor, a Department Chair, and a QEP Co-Chair.

As a post-production media specialist, Jeremy provides a variety of services to the Course Production Team and faculty with editing, motion graphics, and cinematography. With a background of independent film production, he has worked on a variety of productions spanning a multitude of industries.

Kiran Budhrani is the Director of Teaching & Learning Innovation at the Center for Teaching and Learning at UNC Charlotte. She has 15 years of experience as an educator and learning professional. Her work drives collaborations among faculty and design teams towards innovative solutions for online learning, hybrid learning, active learning, and adaptive learning modalities.

Kory is the Instructional Media Designer on the Media Production Team, primarily responsible for facilitating media projects from instructional designers to the media design team, sourcing OER content, and making interactive learning objects.

Lynn leads the Online Course Production Team and Media Production Team in their work with faculty in the redesign and development of blended and online courses. Lynn is passionate about working with faculty to leverage technology, learning theory, and national design standards to create innovative and successful faculty and student learning experiences. Lynn received her M.Ed.

Natasha is a lead producer on the Media Production Team in support of academic video needs across campus in addition to managing interactive events. She has been with UNC Charlotte since October of 2000. She was a former student employee for her department. After graduation, she went to work at WSOC-TV as a Production Assistant.

Pariss Coleman is an Instructional Designer with the Center for Teaching and Learning. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from East Carolina University and a Master's Degree in Interactive Media from Quinnipiac University Online. In 2021, she earned a Post-Master's Certificate in University and College Teaching from Charlotte.

Sean is a Media Production Specialist who creates meaningful and engaging interactive media. He graduated from Winthrop University with a B.A in Technical Theater and a minor in Social Science, and he also earned a Teleproduction Technology Diploma from York Technical College. Sean has over 26 years of experience working in theater, broadcast, and the audio-visual industry.
