Asher Haines is UNC Charlotte’s associate provost of the School of Professional Studies. In this role, he directs the School and leads the University’s strategies related to supporting learners of all ages, partnering with companies and organizations to develop their employees through education and training, and collaborating with the University’s academic colleges to develop and deliver programs for adult learners while also supporting overall excellence in teaching and learning for the University.

Melody joined UNC Charlotte in September 2019 as the Department Coordinator for the BISOM department and Turner School of Accountancy within the Belk College of Business. In 2022 she joined the School of Professional Studies as Executive Assistant to the Associate Provost.

Vicki Plott joined UNC Charlotte in 2006 and serves as the Sr. Director, Operations and Personnel for the School of Professional Studies. In this role, Vicki oversees both the Business Operations Team and the Dubois Center at UNC Charlotte Center City. With more than 30 years of experience, Vicki spearheads all aspects of business operations and personnel management for the School of Professional Studies. Her responsibilities encompass financial management and planning, personnel, systems implementation, contract management, emergency management, business processes, policy oversight, Summer School payroll, payroll processing, and security.

Heidi Hodges graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Mars Hill College. She joined UNC Charlotte in June 2006 as a Program Coordinator. She currently serves as the Payroll Specialist for the School of Professional Studies, handling instructor payments, student worker hiring and summer school payroll.
Katherine Britt

Katherine graduated from North Carolina A&T with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. She joined UNC Charlotte in 2015 in the role of Classroom Coordinator. Katherine currently serves as the Systems Implementation Manager for the School of Professional Studies and brings over 15 year of project management experience to our team. She works with the Business Operations team to improve and automate processes within the School of Professional Studies.
Katie Addison

Katie Addison graduated with her Bachelor's degree from Auburn University. She started her higher education career at the University of Louisville in the School of Medicine. In 2018, she moved to Charlotte and started as the Program Coordinator in Corporate and Custom Training. In 2019, she moved into her current role as Business Services Coordinator for the School of Professional Studies. Her role includes project management in the AISLE group, and various budget and financial duties for the School of Professional Studies at large.
Lori Fennimore

Budget Manager
Business Operations

Lori Fennimore attended Rider University in New Jersey for her undergraduate BS in Accounting and then went on to complete her Master's of Science in Accounting & Financial Reporting from the University of Maryland. Lori joined the team as the department Accountant in 2011 and in 2018 she advanced to the Budget Manager for the entire School of Professional Studies.

Niki Braggs

Niki Braggs is a Business Services Coordinator for the School of Professional Studies and also a member of the Center for Teaching and Learning with over 25 years of service in Higher Education. She currently serves as the Travel Specialist for the School of Professional Studies, handling main campus ordering, and the reconciliation of several state and discretionary funds.

Roderick Lorenzen

Roderick Lorenzen joined UNC Charlotte in 2017 and currently serves as a Business Services Coordinator for the Business Operations team of the School of Professional Studies. In this role, he completes financial transactions, procurement and fund reconciliation; supporting the School of Professional Studies teams in their efforts to deliver quality programs for adult learners.
Terri Fish

Terri Fish

Manager, Payroll Administration & Contracts
Business Operations
Terri joined the university in October of 2010. As the Manager of Payroll Administration and Contracts, she is responsible for overseeing the overall activities of payroll, development contracts, and stipends, Summer Term faculty payments and credentialing, procurement contracts, and progressing of instructor hires for programs offered within the School of Professional Studies.
