Dayle is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in education and instructional design. With a strong background in secondary Multi-language Learner instruction, Dayle created inventive means of success for secondary students and educators in Cabarrus County Schools. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on TESOL from UNC Charlotte, Dayle's expertise in instructional practices and curriculum development allows her to meet the unique needs of employers and individuals. Dayle's commitment to innovation in education was recognized with the prestigious Impact Through Education Award in 2022. She is passionate about empowering individuals and unlocking their full potential through education and skill development.
