As Director of The Dubois Center, Ann oversees all operations of the building including emergency management, security, food services, events, and academic scheduling to name a few. She has over 20 years experience managing non-traditional programs in higher education. She has a passion for helping adults achieve their professional and academic goals.

Todd Payne

As a UNC Charlotte graduate, Todd Payne has been affiliated with the university since 2003. After graduating from UNC Charlotte in 2009 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Sculpture), he initially served as a fabricator and installation specialist for the College of Art and Architecture's gallery team.

Courtney graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2018, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Analytics and minored in American Studies. Currently, Courtney serves as the Event ManagerĀ at The Dubois Center where she helps plan and execute many events and meetings each day.

Denise Cornell joined the Continuing Education team in November 2018 as an Implementation Specialist. With over 15 years of program coordinating and administrative support experience, she has a vast knowledge for customer service, fundraising, program organization and event planning.

Kaleena Waters was born and raised in Miami, FL. She attended Florida International University, receiving her Bachelor's degree in English. For the past seven years, Kaleena has been working in education with student development and support. Kaleena joined UNC Charlotte in 2020 as the Planning Specialist for the School of Professional Studies.
