Alex leads the media specialists on the Course Production Team as they guide faculty through the multimedia production process. With over 18 years of experience, Alex has designed and built recording studios, live entertainment venues, & commercial AV + IT systems.
Dr. Blair Stamper is an Instructional Designer (ID) with the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. As an ID, she works with faculty to create student-centered and active online courses that align with high quality standards. Her passions lie in student success, active learning, and access, equity, and inclusion in online courses.

Over twenty years, Dr. Enoch Park has been working on integrating emerging technologies with pedagogy to ensure quality instruction and to increase equitable education access. Dr. Park serves as co-chair of the UNC System QM Council and oversees UNC Charlotte’s Quality Matters program.
With over 22 years in higher education, Heidi has been the Director of a Center for Teaching Excellence and Innovation, a Full Professor, a Department Chair, and a QEP Co-Chair.
As a post-production media specialist, Jeremy provides a variety of services to the Course Production Team and faculty with editing, motion graphics, and cinematography. With a background of independent film production, he has worked on a variety of productions spanning a multitude of industries.
Kiran Budhrani is the Director of Teaching & Learning Innovation at the Center for Teaching and Learning at UNC Charlotte. She has 15 years of experience as an educator and learning professional. Her work drives collaborations among faculty and design teams towards innovative solutions for online learning, hybrid learning, active learning, and adaptive learning modalities.
